The firm owner, Robert D. Kuttner has built a distinguished career in litigation and legal defense. Born in Irvington, New Jersey, he was admitted to the Bar in 1990 after earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Bridgeport. Robert is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the Essex County Bar Association. He has also served as the former chairman of the District VA Ethics Committee and the former vice chair of the District VA Fee Arbitration Committee. Mr. Kuttner's decades of expertise has been rewarded by consistent referrals of clients that have become family and friends.
